Yes! If you need to cancel your appointment we require you to do so prior to 48 hours before the scheduled date to avoid a 50% cancellation fee

Occasionally we will have time but it is also quite rare so to ensure things are booked best we suggest you book in advance

We don’t mind if you do or not but if you are getting a chemical service we prefer unwashed to help protect the scalp
